Block loading: the operator simply places the frozen raw material block on the conveyor belt to initiate the continuous process.

• Automatic band saw with servomotor (Astech SRA1A): performs the first cut to form a plank, actively controls the transport system, and automatically manages all remaining processes across the line.

SRA1A handles frozen products up to 280 mm in height and utilises a 7.8 kW power supply to maintain reliable operational throughput.

• Multisplitter saw (Mainali Multisplitter): executes the second cut to obtain sticks, operating sequentially without traction bands, as the movement is completely determined by the main band saw.

Disc machine (Mainali Multidisco): continuously receives pieces through a tunnel and utilises an actuator-driven pusher system to perform several cuts simultaneously, delivering the final product.
